By default, the commissioned artwork will be considered for Personal Use Only by the Client. The Client is not allowed to use commissioned artwork for commercial use without the Artist’s written consent.

All commissions that are to be used for commercial purposes must be made known prior to the completion of the work. All such commissions will incur a required fee marked up to 100% (or x2) of the total commission price.

Failure to notify the Artist of intent to use the commissioned work for commercial purposes will result in immediate termination of any working relationships, and the Client will be permanently blacklisted from future commissions.

The Artist will provide a sketch for approval once payment has been received.

Once the Client has approved the sketch, any further changes may incur additional charges.

Wait time will vary dependent on the complexity of the commissioned work, and the Artist’s personal schedule. Commissions are expected, but not guaranteed, to take no longer than 1 month from the date of the sketch approval.

Should any issues arise that may delay the commissioned work, the Artist must inform the Client as soon as possible.

If the Client has a deadline that must be met, or they require faster completion of the work, this must be stated prior to the start of the commissioned work. Both parties must agree to the timeline, and the Artist reserves the right to charge an additional fee accordingly.

The Client may request minor adjustments to the final artwork, to which the Artist will attempt to accommodate.

Major alterations of the final commission may result in additional fees, to be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.

Completion of artwork is 1 high-res PNG (simple background & transparent)

Refunds only under specific circumstances (up for discussion)
